The owners of Romecom accepts no responsibility for the actions of
its members outside of the game. We would like to remind anyone playing that
this is a game, and none of the actions that may be performed by the members
of this game in the game should be performed in real life. The world that
you have entered in Romecom is purely fantasy and should not be
taken seriously in anyway.
- The owners of Romecom hold the right to change the Terms of
Service at anytime they see fit. They will announce such a change, but it is
the responsibility of the players of the game to keep themselves up to date
with the terms of service at all times.
- Players should note that if you add an item or items to the market at the
wrong price it is not the responsibility of Romecom to refund you.
- Players should keep themselves up to date with the latest rules of the
game, so that they do not break any rules and get punished for doing so.
- Individual players are only allowed a single account. Failure to abide
by this rule will result in the account being closed.
- The actions of a players character created within the game are totally
the responsibilty of the player who created it.
- Racism or any kind on discrimination based upon race will not be
tolerated, this is a game and should be treated as such, characters are just
that a character in a game, real life has nothing to do with game life and
should be kept as such.
- Donations to Romecom are used for the Maintenance and upkeep of
the game, and in no way represent a purchase of anykind, and as such will not
be refunded.
- Donating to the game does not in anyway guarantee that a player will not
be punished for breaking any rules. Donations are gifts for the Maintenance
of the game and in no way represent a purchase of anykind.
- Any tampering, attempted hacks or any other method that may constitute a
threat to the game will be pursued to the full extent of the law. Also any
such attempt will result in a complete IP ban from the site.
- This site and all the materials contained on it are distributed and
transferred on an "AS AVAILABLE" and "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any
kind, either implied or express. To the fullest extent permissible under the
applicable law, Romecom disclaims all warranties, implied or expressed,
including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. Romecom does not guarantee that the
functions or materials contained within this site will be uninterrupted and
error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site and the servers
that make it available are free of viruses and other harmful components.
- Not withstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Romecom have
any liability to you for any claims, damages, losses, and causes of action
